realcommerce continues to develop new modules for the bank's complex marketing websites platform, including the business website, languages websites, personal accounts website and others.

We provide the bank with a rapid digital response based on an approved plan, and with ongoing fast deliveries, enabling Discount Bank to focus on its business development.

We are flexible and adjust easily in terms of resources and costs, allocating dynamically in accordance with the bank's business requirements. realcommerce adjusts the team size as needed and easily communicates knowledge within the team, so that response time is short and highly flexible. 

As part of the ongoing development, we work relentlessly on SEO and performance improvements alongside accessibility and other updates, to keep up with changes from Google, technologies and the market. Some of the updates we provide are externally invisible, but they’re highly significant in terms of code, because every module we develop goes through the entire project lifecycle: development, accessibility, SEO and information security. 

Using the infrastructure we created, additional websites with advanced editing and content management capabilities can be set up quickly, for fully responsive and completely accessible websites which are in full compliance with the bank's standards.

To overcome the challenging requirement for the website to be available on a 24/7 basis, we set up a compatible mechanism that interfaces with the Bank's architecture and meets all information security requirements. 

When addressing the CMS challenges for Discount Bank, we focused on an easy, user-friendly interface for the content managers, so they could manage more websites simultaneously, upload more content and respond rapidly to developments. In addition, every new development and every adjustment we make in Drupal is also synchronized with the interface.

Discount Bank and realcommerce have a long-standing partnership, working together on a variety of digital projects, and we feel it’s our privilege to maintain and upkeep this project as well. 

Our principal achievement in the project is the development of a marketing and corporate websites for the bank, with open-source technology. As far as we know, it was the first time a bank in Israel chose to base its online marketing platform on open-source technology, with all of the information security requirements fully met by realcommerce throughout the project. Discount Bank enjoys the highly available, dynamic, and flexible service realcommerce provides. This service approach has increased the Bank's satisfaction, enabling it to plan the work ahead and move forward efficiently over the years. realcommerce helps the bank attain its marketing targets by taking responsibility of the digital part of the process.

The websites are based on the Drupal platform. Since the user experience in some of the modules is very complex, we implemented the UX with Angular over Drupal.
