An internal service and communication application for MAX Credit employees
We were hired by MAX to develop a service and information application to enable access for employees to inter-organizational data, to perform tasks remotely from their mobile device quickly and easily.
We leveraged the capabilities of the company's legacy SharePoint systems to operate a dynamic modern app that draws data from the server, which was inaccessible for remote access until then.
We worked closely and collaborated perfectly with MAX's teams, to write a new services layer to enable data exporting. We developed deep security mechanisms for employee authentication, to make the system available for them remotely. The employees are authenticated and verified with every request for information or action they perform.
Following the project's success, MAX asked us to develop the Project Leaders procedure (allowing employees to create leads for MAX, as well as to present performance reports for a single employee, or the entire division), enabling the company to reward workers who promote the company's products outside of work. In fact, through this app, MAX is getting leads even during the company employees’ leisure time. The competitions are worthwhile for the employees and include vacations in desired destinations.

Satisfaction with the app is very high. The employees have access to company information outside of work, they can view their meeting schedule outside of the office, or even send permission requests, re-credit gift cards and more – activities that were inaccessible before we developed the MAX app.

We developed with React Native, which draws data from the services layer, talking to the company's SharePoint servers.
At realcommerce, we take into consideration the client's TCO (total costs of ownership) and this is why we recommended working with React Native, not only to lower the maintenance costs, but also because with this technology we can create native apps for iOS and Android simultaneously.
