realcommerce developed the front-end of the claims area for AIG’s customers, who can now open car insurance claims online. Based on AIG’s specifications, our team outlined its task and prepared an exact, lean, fast-paced work plan, enabling it to make progress with the development. 

We delivered our share in the project in small qualitative packages which included technical compatibility tests and verification of correspondence with the requirements. We supported AIG’s teams at their site throughout the phases, all the way to production.

Integrating our team into this project allowed AIG to focus on other internal areas and enterprise systems, while enjoying the peace of mind that the client-side is well taken care of by us.
 

The AIG IT department enjoyed the professional reinforcement and responsiveness of our designated team, which grouped together and was ready to work after only one week of setting up. AIG was highly satisfied with our part in the project, which opened the door to future collaborations between AIG and realcommerce.

We used Angular for the client-side with a NPM (Node Package Manager) library developed by realcommerce. This library includes infrastructure components that meet the security and accessibility standards, allowing fast and effective development.

The realcommerce team integrated naturally within AIG and provided reinforcement to the IT department, working independently to develop the site's client-side. We completed our part smoothly, on time and within the budget.
